Rolling Block No. 4
Considered to be one of the better boy's rifles available at its time, the #4 was well-designed and constructed, but above all it was extremely simple and appealing to rifle-hungry boys.
This is a lightweight rolling block action that is quite short in size, made in rimfire calibers .25, 25/10 Stevens and .32. The forward section of the receiver is noticeably narrower than the #1 or #2. Receivers were originally color case hardened.
